Vidya Vikas Institute of Management Studies (VVIMS), a part of Vidya Vikas Educational Trust (VVET), was established in the year 2008, and is affiliated to Visveswaraya Technical University (VTU), Belgaum, and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is rated as one of the top business management schools in the state, providing a holistic learning experience to the students.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two year full time course, spread over four semesters with specialization in Finance Management, Human Resources Management and Marketing Management.

Students are taught management subjects in a professional atmosphere using an interactive, business oriented approach. Our faculty, with their experience in the industry and the teaching field, provide ample opportunity to students to understand all topics from a business point of view. Some of the teaching methodologies adopted are: case study analysis, surveys, market research, budget analysis, program planning and organizing, group presentations, debates, mock recruitments and sales.

The MBA program strongly believes in creating entrepreneurial skills among its students. Training and mentoring are tailored to help students make the right career choice, whether it is a campus placement or pursuit of their entrepreneurial goals. Placements opportunities are provided to students on campus and most of the companies that visit us, give exclusive opportunities only to pour students. Students in all fields of specialization have placement opportunities in their fields and also given the freedom to choose outside their specializations, if they have the required skills. We are proud to say that every year a good number of our students turn entrepreneurs or join their family run business, giving these businesses an extra boost of life and growth with the skills acquired on campus.
