Bachelor of Architecture:

School of Architecture at DSATM was established in the academic year 2012-13 with an intake capacity of 60 students every year. This program of Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgum and is also recognised by Council of Architecture (COA), India.

This Architecture program at DSATM aims at igniting young minds towards developing creative, innovative and environmentally sensitive built form in the society. Through our unique process of experiential learning, our students perform various roles and gain experience of real life Architecture profession during their academic years. Hands on workshops, live case studies, travel studios and expert talks provides the cutting edge in the competitive world we thrive. Our distinguished faculty pushes the boundaries of knowledge of our fields and promotes innovation in the practice of architecture and planning. Our students are provided with conducive research environment to promote them to delve into the sea of knowledge and prepare them to face the greatest challenges of 21^st century.

Our faculties are highly qualified from distinguished institutes, and have rich industry experience which keeps us updated in our market. The commitment and dedication of the SOA staff and students have brought to us many laurels at national and international levels. Our Students have always shown deep love for learning and climbed up the ladders of education by seeking admissions in renowned institutes in the world for their post-graduation and doctoral degrees.

This School is well equipped with design studios, lecture halls, climatology lab, material museum, model making workshop and a permanent exhibition space for the display of students work. The favourable learning environment ensures continuous learning and sows the seed for lifelong learning quest.
