Conferment of Autonomous Grant

We are exhilarated to announce that the Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering has been conferred the Autonomous Status for a tenure of Ten years by the prestigious University Grants Commission (UGC). This landmark achievement has been further notified and endorsed by the Government of Karnataka and the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).

The autonomous status grants us the liberty to enhance our curriculum, introduce innovative teaching methodologies, and have a more flexible academic approach.
