We focus on bringing in 4 levels of evaluations – pre assessment ( to make the trainees understand where they stand and WIIFM of the training program), session end assessments ( assessments after every training module to make the trainees understand their level of expertise), practice assessments in the classroom ( interactive quiz sessions to help trainees gain a deeper understanding of the training modules) and capstone projects (real time projects which help the trainees apply what they have learnt through the training sessions)
